They get a QR code with the exact amount. As soon as the money arrives, the membership starts. When it runs out, the door stays shut.

The scanner recognises the member and opens the door. It keeps working even when the internet is down.

Every payment lands in the right account.
Add as many bank accounts as you need: one per branch, per partner or per purpose, at any bank. Before a member even pays, the system knows which account the money belongs in. New members, renewals and door changes are kept until each scanner confirms them. A scanner that was offline for a week catches up with today’s rules the moment it’s back.

Your normal internet is enough
No special network setup, no server in the back room, no IT person on call. An ordinary home internet line does the job.

A neighbourhood gym chain with no front desk.
Gym Khánh Vân has several gyms in Việt Trì, Vietnam. Paper cards and a front desk that always needed someone meant short opening hours, and new branches were hard to open. They wanted members to walk in with their face, and new members to sign up and pay online, all over an ordinary home internet line.
